air door.
The new 17TWB-AD model, increases production rates with its cart and load/unload system. The tumble washer can clean a variety of metal parts.
LS Industries 17TWB tumble washer with air door is designed to wash parts placed into the main wash basket. Baskets are designed to be removed from the machine for loading. This additional capability is for higher production rates. As one basket can be loaded while a second basket can be in the tumble washer with parts being cleaned. Air-operated door, carts, pneumatic loading and unloading mechanisms speed transfer of baskets. The basket roller shafts are belt drive and rotates at 3 RPM.
